Booking Terms and Conditions for Sports Spark 2024.<\/strong><\/h2>\n


<\/b><\/p>\n

1. General Terms

<\/p>\n

1.1. By making a booking at Sports Spark, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

1.2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Sports Spark.<\/p>


<\/p>\n

<\/br>2. Booking and Payment<\/p><\/b><\/br>\n

2.1. Bookings can be made in person at the venue, via our online booking system, or through<\/p>\n

WhatsApp.<\/p>\n

2.2. Full payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.<\/p>\n

2.3. We accept cash on-site and online payments.<\/p>\n

2.4. Upon arrival, please present your booking confirmation receipt to validate your booking.<\/p>\n

Failure to provide this confirmation may result in denied access to the facility.<\/p>\n

<\/br>3. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds<\/p><\/br>\n

3.1. Finality of Bookings<\/p>\n

All bookings are final. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.<\/p>\n

3.2. Modifications<\/p>\n

Modifications to the date or time of the booking are allowed, subject to availability and<\/p>\n

facility management’s approval.<\/p>\n

3.3. No Refunds<\/p>\n

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to,<\/p>\n

instances of no-shows, changes in personal circumstances, or inability to use the facility for<\/p>\n

any reason.<\/p>\n

<\/br>4. Facility Usage<\/p><\/br>\n

4.1. Users must adhere to the facility rules and regulations at all times.<\/p>\n

4.2. Proper sports attire and equipment must be used.<\/p>\n

4.3. Users are responsible for any damage caused to the facility or equipment during their<\/p>\n

booking period.<\/p>\n

4.4. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the facility.<\/br>5. Liability<\/br>\n

5.1. Sports Spark is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property<\/p>\n

sustained while using the facility.<\/p>\n

5.2. Users participate in activities at their own risk.<\/p>\n

6. Conduct<\/p>\n

6.1. Users must behave respectfully towards staff and other users of the facility.<\/p>\n

6.2. Any form of harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may<\/p>\n

result in expulsion from the facility without a refund.<\/p>\n

<\/br>7. Health and Safety<\/p><\/br>\n

7.1. Users must inform the facility staff of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect<\/p>\n

their ability to participate in activities.<\/p>\n

7.2. Users must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by the facility.<\/p>\n

<\/br>8. Booking Modifications<\/p><\/b>\n

8.1. Subject to Organizer’s Decision – All requests for booking modifications are subject to<\/p>\n

the sole discretion of the facility management. The management reserves the right to<\/p>\n

approve or deny any modification requests.<\/p>\n

8.2. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n


<\/br>9. Termination of Use<\/p><\/br>\n

9.1. Sports Spark reserves the right to terminate the use of the facility if users fail to comply<\/p>\n

with these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

9.2. In the event of termination, no refunds will be provided.<\/p>\n


10. Facility Downtime<\/p><\/br>\n

10.1. In the event of downtime or issues at the facility that prevent usage, transfers and<\/p>\n

modifications of the booking will be accepted at no additional charge. No refunds will be<\/p>\n

possible under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

11. Governing Law11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the<\/p>\n

laws of the Sultanate of Oman.<\/p>\n
